RESOLUTION NO. 9077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADWRTISE FOR BIDS FOR CARLSBAD SANTA FE DEPOT
PROJECT NO. 3003.
WHESEAs, plans and specifications for the furnishing of
all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and
other expenses necessary and incidental for said Project No.
3003 have been prepared and are on file in the Redevelopment
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Plans and specifications are presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the rehabilitation of the Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 19th day of
May, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
