RESOLUTION NO. 9119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
OF FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, RecyCal donated five hundred twenty-five dollars ($525)
for the beach clean up program provided by the Parks Division,
and ;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of five hundred
twenty-five dollars ($525) on behalf of the citizens of the City of
Carlsbad.
2. That the Parks operating budget for part-time salaries for
fiscal year 1987-88 is hereby increased by $525 for this program.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 16th day of June, 1987,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
