RESOLUTION NO. 9122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 4.
WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been
Irepared for Local Facilities Management Zone 4 in accordance with
:hapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on May 20, 1987, hold
iuly noticed public hearings as required by law to consider said
Ilan and at the conclusion of the hearing adopted Resolution No.
i650 making findings and recommending that the City Council adopt a
Ilan; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning
Iirector on May 8, 1987 and approved by the Planning Commission
In May 20, 1987 indicating that the Local Facilities Management
'lan is not anticipated to have any significant adverse impact on
the environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of June 16,
1987 , held a duly noticed public hearing and considered all the
testimony and arguments of anyone desiring to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the findings of the Planning Commission in
'lanning Commission Resolution No. 2659 constitute the findings of
the City Council.
3. That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 4

dated May 20, 1987 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated
herein by reference is hereby approved.
occurring within the boundaries of Zone 4 shall comply with all the
terms and conditions of said plan.
Any development
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 16th day of June , 1987
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
