RESOLUTION NO. 9127 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF PURCHASE ORDERS FOR CABLING AND COMMUNICATION HARDWARE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Sigma Electronics, 7514 Clairemont Mesa
Blvd., San Diego, CA 92111 for the Cabling, is hereby accepted and the
Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for
the Cabling in the amount of $12,135.30.
2. That the bid of DataAids, Inc., 1544 Sawdust Road, Suite
111, The Woodland, Texas
accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a
Purchase Order for Communication Hardware in the amount of $16,754.56.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
77380 for the Communication Hardware is hereby
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on 23rd day of June 3
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
