RESOLUTION NO, 9129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR SEWER AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, McMahan Realty Co. has submitted a request for
Fitclaim of sewer and drainage easements over a portion of Lot 2
)f Carlsbad Tract No, 74-21; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
Xetermined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said
zasements ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
5ty of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying sewer and drainage
easements over a portion of Lot 2 of Carlsbad Tract No. 74-21, to
McMahan Realty Co., which is on file with the City Clerk and is
incorporated by this reference, is approved.
That the above recitations are true and correct.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim
Deed to be mailed to McMahan Realty Company for recording.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 23rd day of June , 1987
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
