RESOLUTION NO. 9158
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Norris Cochran has resigned as a member of the Senior Citizen
Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a member to fill the unexpired term;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires the member to serve an additional full
term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Senior Citizen Commission for a term to expire on September 30, 1990:
Theresa Maggio
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of July 9
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
