RESOLUTION NO. 9164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NORTH COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COALITION (NCTC)
WHEREAS, Dr. Pat Lowry has represented the City of Carlsbad since
the inception of the North County Transportation Coalition (NCTC) ; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Pat Lowry will be president of the NCTC this next
year; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Pat Lowry has indicated a desire to continue to represent
Carlsbad on the NCTC,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Dr. Pat Lowry is hereby appointed to represent and
serve Carlsbad on the North County Transportation Coalition
for the term of her presidency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 21st day of July , 1987,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
