RESOLUTION NO. 9170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT NO.
SANTA FE DEPOT
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
3003 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE CARLSBAD
for rehabilitation of the Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot,
No. 3003; and
WHEREAS. the low bid received for the rehabilitation of
Contract
said project was submitted by Muro Construction in the amount
of $44,475; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $41,075 are available in
account number 180-820-81-16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

of Carlsbad, California as follows:
That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the bid of $44,475 submitted by Muro Construction for Contract No. 3003 for rehabilitation of the Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract.
That funds in amount of $3,400 are available in the General Capital Construction fund, and the Mayor is authorized to loan said amount to the Redevelop- ment Agency to cover difference in monies available for Contract No. 3003.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the 28th day of July, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
