HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-07-28; City Council; Resolution 91711 2 3 4 5 6 7 e 9 ZC 11 12 12 14 1: 1€ 17 1E 1E 2( 21 2; 2; 21 2: a 2: 2t RESOLUTION NO. 9171 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR A STUDY OF THE HEALTH RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SAN MARCOS TRASH TO ENERGY PLANT. WHEREAS, as the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to participate with the City of Encinitas in the preparation of a study of the health risks associated with the San Marcos Trash to Energy Plant, and WHEREAS, the City Council agrees to pay one-half of the study cost up to a maximum of $15,000, and WHEREAS, a Contingency Fund transfer of $15,000 will be necessary to support this project, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California that the transfer of $15,000 is hereby approved from the Council's Contingency Fund to the Planning Department budget, Account No. 001-820-3230-2479. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 28th day of July 9 1987 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson NOES: None ABSENT: None A f>T ES T.: (SEAL)
