RESOLUTION NO. 9183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE BANKING SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH SAN DIEGO TRUST & SAVINGS
BANK.
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1984 the City Council authorized the
City Treasurer to execute a contract with San Diego Trust and
Savings Bank (The Bank) for banking services, and
WHEREAS, this contract was executed as of October 1, 1984,
and
WHEREAS, the contract allows for a three year period of
service with an option to extend services for an additional two
years, and
WHEREAS, the contract further allows the bank to increase
banking service charges on the contract renewal date by up to
ten percent, and
WHEREAS, the Bank has provided the City with excellent
service during the past three years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California that the existing banking service
agreement is hereby extended for a period of two years, subject
to cancellation under the terms of the contract. Be it further
resolved that the banking service fees shown in Exhibit A attached
hereto are found to be reasonable and are hereby accepted by the
City.

City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 4 th day of
August , 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
