RESOLUTION NO.9211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA SETTING DATE OF COMPLETION OF
UNDERGROUND SERVICE FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY
DISTRICT NO. 9
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1985, the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California adopted Resolution No. 8061
establishing Underground Utility District No. 9; and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of the Municipal Code
requires that property owners be notified by Resolution of
the time to be ready to connect to the Underground system;
and
WHEREAS, the underground system is to be completed by
October 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the date on which affected property owners must be
ready to receive underground service is October 1, 1987.
3. That a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in
the County Recorder's Office and mailed to each affected
property owner.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
25th day of August, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
