RESOLUTION NO. 9212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROJECT CHANGE
ORDER NO. 9, ACCEPTING AS COMPLETE THE CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD SEAWALL PROJECT AND DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Boulevard Seawall, Project No.
3185, is satisfactorily completed: and
WHEREAS, modifications to existing railings in the
project are required; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been
prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, a.s follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That project Change Order No. 9 in the amount of
$7,893 is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said change order.
3. That the Purchasing Officer of the City of Carlsbad,
California, is hereby authorized to increase the existing
purchase order No. 2615 by $7,893 in accordance with approved
Change Order No. 9.

4. That the construction of the Carlsbad Boulevard
Seawall, Project No. 3185, is considered complete and hereby
accepted by the City of Carlsbad.
5. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the
Notice of Completion for this project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 1st day of September ,
1987 by the following vote, to wit:
