RESOLUTION NO. 9217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF STAGECOACH COMMUNITY
PARK, PHASE 11, AS COMPLETE DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE
THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
TO TRANSFER ALL UNEXPENDED PROJECT FUNDS TO THE PARK-IN-LIEU
AND PUBLIC FACILITY FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Stagecoach Community Park, Phase 11, Project
No. 3191 and 3197, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
previously appropriated certain funding for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of Stagecoach Community Park,
Phase 11, Project No. 3191 and 3197 is deemed complete and
hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California,
is directed to record the Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
authorize the Director of Finance to transfer all remaining
unexpended project funding, following the completion of payment
of all final claims and costs from Phase I, Project No. 3191 and
Phase 11, Project No. 3191 and 3197, to the Park-in-Lieu and
Public Facilities Fund.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 1st day of September I
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
Council Members Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson AYES:
