RESOLUTION NO. 9221
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN
FOR LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 1.
WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been
prepared for Local Facilities Management Zone 1 in accordance with
Chapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on 3uly 15, 1987 hold
a duly noticed public hearing as required by law to consider said
plan and at the conclusion of the hearing adopted Resolution No.
2672 making findings and recommending that the City Council adopt 2
plan; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning
Director on 3une 24, 1987 indicating that the Local Facilities
Management Plan is not anticipated to have any significant adverse
impact on the environment;; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of September 1, l!
held a duly noticed public hearing and considered all testimony
and arguments of anyone desiring to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the findings of the Planning Commission in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2672 constitute the findings of
the City Council.
3. That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 1
dated 3uly 15, 1987 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated

herein by reference is hereby approved. Any development occuring
within the boundaries of Zone 1 shall comply with all the terms
and conditions of said plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
1st day of Septembep Carlsbad City Council held on the
1987 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT : Council Member Lewis
