NOW, THEREFDm, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as folllm: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the CbfLkion 34 of City Council Resolution No. 7956 be revised as follws: Add the following statement: At the discretion of the Co" 'ty Development Director the developer may obtain ocapanq of all buildings except SuitesA, B, C, D, andEofWlildingCandSuitesF, G,H, and J of mlding G (total approximately 13,000 square feet) prior to completion of the hnprovanents pravided the conditions listed helow are met: 1. The developer shall canplete an erosion control plan for drainage over the areas partially graded along Palmer Way and Cougar Drive. Additional (fiesiltation basin (s) will be =Pi-=d* 2. The developer shall construct additional detention basjns in accordam=e with Condition 31 of Resolution No. 7956.
