RESOLUTION NO. 9253
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends, and the City Council concurs
that the number of paramedic positions within the Fire Department budget
should be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Fire Department, Suppression Division budget, is hereby
amended to increase the number of Paramedic/Firefighter positions to 6
and decrease the number of Firefighter positions to 9.
3. That no additional budget appropriation for this change is necessary
this fiscal year.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
of Carlsbad, held on the 13th day of October , 1987 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
