RESOLUTION NO. 9261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR ACCESS RIGHTS PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Crossroads Limited a California limited partnership has
ubmitted a request for quitclaim of relinquished access rights over a portion

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined to be in

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
