RESOIXYI'ION NO. 9267
WHEREAS, Skyline ~~tates DE. HAS submitted a request for quitclaim of water
Line easements over a portion of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-18; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detemined it be in the
mlic interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, -RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Uifomia, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Quitclaim Deed conveying water line easemerrts over a portion of
Sarlsbad "2 No. 85-18, to Swlhe Estates, Inc. which is on file with the City
Jlerk and is incorporated by this reference; is approved.
3. The Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is hereby
iuthorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be recorded in the Office of
*e County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADXED at a regular rneeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 27th day of October ,1987 by the following vote, to wit:
