A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CXXJNCIL OF THE CITY OF
caf(LsBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTIX A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, L.R. FBrbaWu 'p, Ltd. has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an
3 iase;ment to the City of Carlsbad for drainage pmpses over a portion of lot I
)f Rancho Agua Hdonda per Map No. 823; and
WHEWS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detennhed it to be
Ln the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of
alsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct
That the Grant Deed for L,R, Parbxdn 'p, Ltd. , dated Octoker 2, 1987
xlllveying an easement for drainage puqoses over a portion of mt I of
Idonda per Map No. 823 to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City
Xerk and is inoorporated herein by reference is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed to be
:ecorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
aifomia, with the appropriate certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, ApmEovED AND mPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
day of November , 1987 by the following vote, to wit: bundl held on the 3rd
