RESOLUTION NO. 9276
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AT ACCEPT PERMIT ISSUING AUTHORITY
FOR COASTAL PERMITS IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA SEGMENT OF
“E LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, on June 14, 1985, the California Coastal
Commission certified the City of Carlsbad Village Area
Segment Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan consisting of the
City of Carlsbad Village Area Redevelopment Plan and the
Village Design Manual; and
WHEREAS, on October 13, 1987, the California Coastal
Commission adopted the City of Carlsbad Local Coastal Program
post certification maps delegating permit authority to the
City of Carlsbad within that jurisdiction.
NOW, THEREFORE , the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad resolves as follows:

That the foregoing is true and correct.
That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby agrees to certify and review permits according to the adopted regulations and procedures as contained in the Village Redevelopment Segment of the Local Coastal Program (LCP) .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
3rd day of November, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
