RESOLUTION NO. 9306
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF 1' WIDE
BLOCKER STRIP. AS FUTURE STREET. _ _
WHEREAS, Map No. 10053 (Carlsbad Tract 77-2) has reserved a 1' wide
portion of Lot 100 for future street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to
be in the public interest to accept said reservation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the reservation of portion of Lot 100 for future street
exists as offered on the above mentioned map recorded april 6, 1981.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to accept the reservation of
future street which exits in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San
Diego, State of California as Map No. 10053.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 24th day of November .1937 by the following vote, to
wit:

ABSENT:
Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
