A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA , ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A VERTICAL RECIPROCATING CONVEYOR (DUMBWAITER).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of McKinley Equipment Corporation, 7726 Trade
Street #By San Diego, CA 92121, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer
is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order for the purchase of a
vertical reciprocating conveyor in the amount of $10,106.72 including tax,
installation and estimated freight.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 10th
of November , 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
