RESOLUTION NO. 9279
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER TO THE CITY OF
CARLSRAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur Brown on the Carlsbad Building Authority
expires in October, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is recommended to the Board of Supervisors,
San Diego County, California, to serve as a member of the Carlsbad Building
Authority:
Marvin Cap , for a term to expire in October, 1991.
PASSED, APPROVED; AND ADOPTED by the City Council.of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of November 9
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
