RESOLUTION NO. 9300
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 03UNcIL OF THE CITY OF
CXXWBAD, CAKCFOFNIA, ACCEPI?NG A GRAElT DEED.
WJl3EAS, Skr" Land Group has sutxnitted Grant Deed conveying an
ase.ment to the City of Carlsbad for water main ~xlrposes over a portion of
ot 8 of Carlsbad Tract 80-33; and
WHEElEW, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detennhed it h
he public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFDRE, FE IT RESOLW by the City Council of the City of
Wlsbad, California, as follcrws:

That the abave recitations are true and correct.
That the Grant Deed from Sierra Land Group dated October 30, 1987,
xlnveying- an easement for water main purposes over a portion of Id 8 of
2rlsbad Track 80-33 to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City
:lerk and is im=orporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed to be
recorded h the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
zalifomia, with the appropriate Certificae of acceptance attached.
PASSED, APFROW AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
,1987 by the following vote, to Council held on the 24th day of "ember
