RESOLUTION NO. 9314
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF ELM AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL, PROJECT NO. 3178
WHEREAS, construction of the traffic signal system at the
intersection of Elm Avenue and El Camino Real, Project No. 3178,
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
previously appropriated certain funding for said project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City .of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the traffic signal system at
the intersection of Elm Avenue and El Camino Real, Project No.
3178, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record the Notice of Completion.

4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed close the project account upon payment of all final
project costs and claims.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 8th day of December I
1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
