RESOLUTION NO. 88-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CALAVERA HILLS COMMUNITY
PARK, PHASE I, PROJECT NO. 3173, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the first phase of the Calavera Hills Cc
Park, Project No. 3173, has been satisfactorily completed
WHEREAS, an estimated $118,000 remains in the
account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Calavera Hills Cc
Park, Phase I, Project No. 3173, is deemed complete and
accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Ca
California , is hereby directed to record the Not
Completion for said project.

3173 upon payment of all final costs and claims.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin5
