RESOLUTION NO. 88-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, VACATING THE ENTIRE PUBLIC ALLEY BETWEEN PINE AVENUE AND OAK AVENUE.
4 /I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Ca

6 1. That all publication and posting notices regarding the

to Resolution of Intention No. 9317, have been given as required by lab 8
vacation of the entire public alley between Pine Avenue and Oak Avenuc
interested in said proposed vacation and does find from all the 10
2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by a1 9

submitted that the entire public alley between Pine Avenue and Oak P I1

described and shown on Exhibit "A", and Exhi bit "Bl' attached hereto ar 13
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, par

purposes and does hereby make this order vacating the entire pub 15
reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary for present or prospecti

between Pine Avenue and Oak Avenue.
3. That any existing easements for all existing utilities wi
and not be vacated.
19 I 4. That the City Clerk shall not record this Resolution of
until such time that the City is reimbursed for the funds already e) 20
21 upgrading the alley. This amount being $18,404.00.
