RESOLUTION NO. 88-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REVlSED AGREE
BETWEEN THE BUENA SANITATION DISTRICT AND THE CITY (
CARLSBAD FOR LEASE OF ADDITIONAL CAPACITY IN THE EN(
OUTFALL
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council c(
that there is a need to lease surplus capacity from the Buena Sanitati
District; and
WHEREAS, a revised lease agreement for Buena Sanitation Distric
provide additional capacity to the City of Carlsbad has been negotiate
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the lease agreement
the Buena Sanitation District and the City of Carlsbad, California.
3. That the City Council authorizes a transfer of $7,500 from t~
Sanitation retained earnings to the Sanitation Operation Budget, Acco
Number 51 1-61 10-2360.
