RESOLUTION NO. 88-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Martin E. Lock and Janet L. O'Connell have submitted a C *

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine( 6

conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for street purposes over
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
