RESOLUTION NO. 88-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Carl sbad Grand General Partnership have submitted a
conveying an easement to the City of Carl sbad for alley purposes ow
of the east side of the alley between Elm and Grand, Jefferson and Mac
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determi r
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 1
Cal i forni a, as foll ows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Carlsbad Grand General Partner
December 15, 1987, conveying an easement for alley purposes over a PO
east side of the alley between Elm and Grand, Jefferson and Madison
of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporatc
reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego Count
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ci
Council held on the 12th day of January ,1988 by the follow
wit:
