RESOLUTION NO. 88-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR A WATERLINE EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, John R. and Mary Jane Bonomi have submitted a req
quitclaim of waterl ine easement over a portion of Lot 1 Block B of

Tract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determined

in the public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying waterl ine easement over
of Lot 1 Block B of Shangrila Tract to John R. and Mary Jane Bonomi, wh
file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference; is appr
3. The Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and -the City
hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to be recordc
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl
Council held on the 9th day of February ,1988, by the followins
