RESOLUTION NO. 88-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES.

5 WHEREAS, La Costa Partners has requested that the City of C:
6 grant an easement for drainage purposes; and
7 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad owns title to the portion of L

Rancho Las Encinitas Map Number 848 within which the proposed drainag
are located (Stagecoach Park); and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detern
11 to be in the public interest to grant said Easement.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci

Partners, a general partnership, a copy of which is on file with the I 18
