A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PURSUE FUNDING FROM SANDAG FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT.

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad recognizes that it is import;
