RESOLUTION NO. 88-64
A RESOLUTIOX OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS TO
ADDITIONAL EMERGEMCY REPAIRS TO AN 18" SEWER MAIN
WHEREAS, on Jantlary 26, 1988, the City Council axtho:
the expenditure of sl?S,795.00 for emergency repair of thl
sewer main on the east side of 1-5 south of Poinsett
Hubbard. Construction Company of Encinitas, and.;
WEREAS, the coctiguous portion of the 18'' sewer
which runs ;:ild.er 1-5 is corroded, prevents the sealing
joint to the repaired line ar_S requires replacement; and;
WHEREAS I: Yubba.rd. Construction Com~any worked on
repaired portio12 of the Tipe, is prepared to 220 the addit
work expeditiously for $109 I 550; and-;
WEEREAS, the work is determined. to be an ernergezcy,
WHERZW, the emergency proced-Ere is authorizel b
California Pxblic Contract Ccde, Section 2015.
