RESOLUTION NO. 88-72
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING REPORT AND AUTHORIZING
PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CAI
CALIFORNIA, has instituted proceedings pursuant to the pro
of Chapter 27 of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Div
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Californ
the construction of certain authorized improvements in a
assessment district known and designated as ASSESSMENT D
NO, 86-3 (CYNTHIA LANE) (hereinafter referred to as the "

WHEREAS, construction of the improvements has been co

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all tr

held on April 5, 1988, at 6:OO P.M. in the Council Chamber

SECTION 3. That the construction of the authorized i
ments has been completed and the "Report" of the Superin
