A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO PREPARE AN IMPARTIAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX

8 SHALL ORDINANCE NO. NS-8 BE ADOPTED AMENDING CHAPTER 3.12 OF
9 TAX RATE FROM 6% TO 8%.
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held in
Carlsbad, on June 7, 1988, at which there will be submitted to t
voters of said City, the following Proposition, to wit:
