A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING A CITY MEASURE

SHALL ORDINANCE NO. NS-8 BE ADOPTED AMENDING CHAPTER 3.12 OF
-. THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY

TAX RATE FROM 6% TO 8%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of 1

SECTION 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
