RESOLUTION NO. 88-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.

5 WHEREAS, Centre Development on behalf of MTK Corporation 01
6 has submitted a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Car-
7 sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 10 of Carlsbad Tract 81-46; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has dete
9 to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of thc
