RESOLUTION NO. 88-86 I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS, AWARDING CONTRACT NO. 3245 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CALAVERA HILLS
COMMUNITY PARK, PHASE 2.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls

California, has determined it necessary and in the PI
interest to construct the remaining portion of the Cali
8 Hills Community Park; and
9 WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid for said project
lo; submitted by Western Summit Constructors, Incorporated i1
I' amount of $2,023,000; and
12 WHEREAS, there is sufficient project funding availabl
l3 the City's Capital Improvement Program budget to construct
14 project ;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0:
