RESOLUTION NO. 88-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD SWIM COMPLEX DECK, PROJECT NO. 3271
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ca:
California, has determined it necessary and in the
interest to reconstruct the Carlsbad Swim Complex deck; a:
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing
labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, anc
expenses, necessary or incidental, for said project, No
have been prepared and are on file in the Municipal P
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorpore
reference herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as present
hereby approved.

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in acc
with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids fc
reconstruction of the Carlsbad Swim Complex deck in acc
with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 22nd day of Mar cl
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and La
