RESOLUTION NO. 88-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR CARLSBAD FIRE STATION NO. 5, PROJECT NO. 3242
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsk
determined it necessary and in the public interest to cc
Fire Station No. 5, Project No. 3242; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contract docume
the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equ
transportation, and other expenses necessary or inciden
said project, Project No. 3242, have been prepared and
file in the Municipal .Projects Department of the (
Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract dc
as presented are hereby approved.

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accc
with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids fc
construction of Fire Station No. 5, Project No. 3242,
accordance with the plans, specifications, and c(
documents hereinabove referred.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 22nd day of March
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Meinbers Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lar
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
