RESOLUTION NO. 88- 104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, A1 1 an S. Bird has submitted a Grant Deed convl
easement to the City of Carlsbad for water1 ine purposes over a portic
4 of Carlsbad Tract 81-46; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has dete?
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from A1 1 an S. Bird dated feb,+
conveying an easement for waterline purposes over a portion of
Carlsbad Tract 81-46, Airport Business Center to the City of Carlsbad
on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by refel
accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the origina
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of April , 1988 by the
vote, to wit:

NOES: None
