A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
4 WHEREAS, Dyna Industries, Inc. has submitted a Grant Deed

an easement to the City of Carlsbad for sewer purposes over a port

to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tt

Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
