RESOLUTION NO. 88-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD WALKWAY, PROJECT NO. 3265
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ca:
California, has determined it necessary and in the
interest to construct the Carlsbad Boulevard Walkway frc
to Cherry Avenues: and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnish
all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportatio
other expenses, necessary or incidental, or said projec
3265, have been prepared and are on file in the Mu]
Projects Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incor]
by reference herein: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as present
hereby approved.

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accc
with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids fc
construction of the Carlsbad Boulevard Walkway in accc
with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of April
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lax
NOES: None
