A RESOLUTION OF THE CIm COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA OFFICIALLY ACCEPTING THE DEE1
OF TRUST TO SECURE THE DEDICATION AND CONSTRUCT101
OF NEEDED PARK LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT"
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1987, the City Council i

WHEREAS, the 1988 Parks Supplement required a I
Trust be prepared in favor of the City of Carlsbad to
the necessary guarantee to dedicate and construct a por
park land in the southeast quadrant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California that:
