RESOLUTION NO. 88-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING ALT KARLSBAD/FRAZI WELL AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
CASE NO. : H-7 ALT KARLSBAD/FRAZIER'S WELL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
determined that the Alt Karlsbad/Frazier's Well meets tl
requirements for a Historic Landmark; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the recommendation of the Hist
Preservation Commission on property described as:
The northwesterly 60 feet of Block 10 of Town of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 365, filec the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego Cour February 2, 1887. Excepting there from the northeasterly 311 feet. APN 203-173-01
2802 Carlsbad Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
13 That the foregoing recitations are true and correci
21 That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the City Council APPROVES H-7, designation of 1 Alt Karlsbad/Frazier's Well site as a Historic Landmark
