RESOLUTION NO . 88-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING CARLSBAD SCHOOL
DISTRICT OFFICES AS A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
determined that the Carlsbad School District Offices met
the requirements for a Historic Point of Interest; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the recommendation of the His'

Preservation Commission on property described as:
Carlsbad School District Offices, Portion of Block Town of Carlsbad Amended Map 775 Recorded March 12 1915.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:

21 That as mitigation for loss of the historic site, School District will provide the following:

a. 2419x3611 reproducible mylars of the site plans elevations, and floor plans for structure(s);
b. A videotape of site and structure(s);

c. A written report of the history of the struct (to include date of construction, builder, ow significant events, construction techniques, materials).
