A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING RANCHO AGUA HEDIOI
ADOBE AS A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
CASE NO.: H-11 RANCHO AGUA HEDIONDA ADOBE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
determined that the Rancho Agua Hedionda Adobe meets thc
requirements for a Historic Point of Interest; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the recommendation of thc
Historic Preservation Commission on property described
Portion of Lot B of Map 823.
2770 Sunny Creek Road
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
