A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARl
CALIFO~, APF'ROVING VZARIOUS -.
WHEREAS, Sears Savings Bank has sukmitted a request for q~
easawnts (public access and open space) over Carlsbad Tract 83-4
Shores; and
WHEREAS, previous dedications created excess open space
access easemnts.
WHEREX3, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has dei
to be in the public interest to quitclaim said easements;
NCW, "BEZDRE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying easements (public
open space) over Carlsbad Tract 83-4, Windsong Shores, to Sears Sal
which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this re:
approved.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execul
which will be returned to sears savings Bank for recordation.

City Council held on the 19th day of April ,1987 by thl
vote, to wit:
