A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO A CITY/STATE AGREEMENT FOR THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD SHORE PROTECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the State of Cali

and financing of the Carlsbad Boulevard Shore Prc 9
on July 1, 1985, Contract No. 85-42-100, for the const 8
Department of Boating and Waterways, entered into an ag

11 WHEREAS, said agreement, including previously e

Carlsbad Boulevard Shore Protection Project Agreement
This amenciment to agreement is entered into on April 1, 1988, be
the California Department of Boating and Waterways (DEPARTMENT) and t
of Carlsbad (CITY). The DEPARTMENT and the CITY agree to amend the i
of July 1, 1985, (Contract No. 85-42-100) as follows:

Paragraph 3e of the agreement shall read:

Paragraph 8 of the agreement shall read:
